Drop-in Expressive Wellness & Leadership Hubs

Expressive Wellness & Leadership Hubs

Quria is a network of café-style wellness hubs providing onsite mental health support for schools and youth programs. Inspired by Curia—a gathering place for important matters—Quria creates inclusive spaces where young people can seek therapy, build connections, and develop emotional resilience in a supportive environment.

Our mission is to redefine mental wellness by fostering a society that values mental strength, emotional resilience, and inclusivity. We are committed to:

  • Combating depression, the world’s leading cause of disability.

  • Addressing youth suicide, the second leading cause of death among ages 15-24 in the U.S. and the most common among girls 15-19.

  • Building emotional resilience, equipping youth with the tools to navigate challenges and thrive.

  • Closing the gap between the onset of mental health symptoms and timely treatment.

Quria makes mental health care accessible, welcoming, and stigma-free—empowering youth to heal, grow, and lead with confidence.
