The Practice

Our Practice

Our group practice provides accessible, culturally responsive therapy for youth, adults, and families through both in-person and virtual sessions. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, along with coaching and psychoeducation, delivered by licensed clinicians and supervised associates. We accept Medi-Cal, select private insurance plans, and offer sliding-scale options to ensure care is within reach.

Who We Serve

We work with youth, adults, and families seeking stronger emotional health and healthier relationships, with a focus on communities that have historically faced barriers to care. This includes low-income families, students of color, young parents, and justice-impacted individuals. Our approach is relationship-centered and designed to support healing across individual, family, and community systems.

Where to Find Us

Care is embedded where people already live, learn, and gather. Through partnerships with schools and community-serving organizations, clients can access therapy in familiar, trusted settings. We also offer virtual services for families who prefer online care, ensuring continuity and flexibility no matter the location.
